Grout lines crack, surrounds flex and stain, and the big corner soaking tubs in the primary suites take up room nobody uses.
That is the work we do most here: pulling the original unit, converting the primary bath to a walk-in shower, and refreshing the hall bath the kids and guests use. Homes closer to the Scioto River and the older village core near Bridge Street have a different profile, smaller baths and older plumbing, and we quote those after a look rather than guess over the phone.
